"Room very small, even though I paid extra for a balcony. Waiting time at reception for check in, admin and check out >10mins. I think this is unacceptable for a hotel like the Intercontinental. Plus no razor in room - I asked 2 times for this to be delivered and never got it! Overall very disappointed ..."
