Servizio hotel sempre buono, camera pulita, parcheggio comodo, anche se la comunicazione non è stata all' altezza di un tempo, con richiesta di informazioni avvenuta via mail alla quale non ho ricevuto risposta, ho dovuto chiamare al telefono e mi ha risposto un messaggio registrato che diceva di comunicare via whatsapp, cosa strana e di sicuro non professionale. Arrivati sul posto abbiamo trovato un' atmosfera...

Large room, Super clean & comfy Our view was awesome; sunset, canal, tiny church. It’s near 2 vaporetto stations (accademia & zattere) Breakfast was filling Staffs were helpful Elevator availble Heater functional Relatively safe !!!complimentary drinks included!!! (Fizzy drinks, beers, juices, nespresso, mineral water). Cons Tiny bit difficult to find Breakfast menu...

"Loved this hotel and all the staff. Centrally located in San Marco but quiet and away from bigger crowds. We enjoyed a great breakfast each day (included with the room) and the concierge was very helpful. Our bed was quite comfortable and enjoyed the peaceful rooftop with a great view. Would definitely stay there again! A private taxi can drop you directly at the hotel. "

"Could not have been happier with this hotel, close to Doges Palace and St Marks but on the other side of the Grand Canal which makes it much quieter and less hectic. The hotel is beautiful, full of stunning art (all available to purchase), the views are great (worth paying up for a canal view imho) and the staff superb, could not have been more helpful. "
