"My go to hotel every time I visit Tokyo. Our recent stay was our 7th at this hotel since my wife and I first came here 10 years ago. The newly renovated Cerulean level room was even better then the standard level rooms we've stayed in before. Probably the hotel that has the most spacious rooms on average compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Perfect location and always exceeds expectations."

"At first glance this hotel seems like it will be a fun experience, but no. -There is only one elevator for the whole hotel, so it can take about 10mins or more to get to your floor or the front desk. -There is no seat coverings for the toilets, so its a hot bed for getting sick. -The fans in your capsule are a joke. "​This was our second stay at the Aoyama Grand, and just like before, everything was perfect. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. The restaurants are all excellent, and the bar on the fourth floor has fantastic drinks, good vibes, and great music. Having said all of that, what truly makes this place special is the staff. "Location is about a 10-15 min walk from the Shibuya Station, Great if you take the Airport Limo to the Mark City Station and just walk to the property. Its located off the main road there making to a quiet place. Plenty of shopping, and food places just a few blocks away and near the Shibuya crossing."

"I loved it!! This was an amazing hotel to start my trip with. It is affordable, clean, welcoming, easy to find, near all kinds of fun things, and the staff was so helpful! My only negative was the beds were really thin and uncomfortable… but, Japan tends to have that factor!! I still loved and I highly recommend."

"Property is clean, staff are helpful and location is convenient. Rooms and bathrooms are quite small, but clean with minimal and modern decor. Having access to laundry is a plus and you can view status of the laundry machine on your room TV so you don't have to go back and forth to check on whether or machine is available or not."

"Great quiet place to come back for some much needed rest after all the activity during the day. Queen Double Rooms were on the smaller side but this is common in Tokyo; the Twin bed rooms were far more spacious. Very clean! The only thing that although convenient, could use some upgrade is the coin laundry - our clothes didn't dry completely so we had to air dry in our rooms. Beware of this if you are on a strict traveling schedule. Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend!"
