"This place is a gem. A bit hard to get to, the road is narrow and bad, but well worth the trip! As its name suggests it is right among the vinyards with views to rival Tuscany. The hotel is lovely, my stay was late in the season but it is obvious how pleasant it would be in summer with the wonderful terrace and the large pool open. My room was elegant, with a rustic touch. Very basic and tired.
"Convenient location but hotel extremely dated. You get what you pay for but the hotel was tired, the room smelled really musty. Aircon didn’t work - said they’d tried to fix it but couldn’t and suggested opening the window!! Bathroom was extremely small and a wet room which flooded with limited drainage. The whole place was extremely basic. "
