"Stay was okay. The rooms are beautiful. However, the housekeeping team needs to do better, there were hair everywhere in the bathroom when I checked in."

"When checking in, Mauri was having a bad, really bad day. When we arrived, our room was not ready and was told to come back in 30 minutes. When we came back, the room was still not ready. Mauri was rude and gave excuse after excuse, requiring us to come back later to check in. Keep in mind that this was well past the check in time. We finally got a room after a lot of back and forth. I would think that when you are at the front desk, you want to make the best impression on your guest. Mauri did not do that at all. Additionally the bar was out of stock on a number of drinks. Again the bar tender gave the excuse that the hotel was fully booked, and that he ran out. This to me is a management issue. If you know your hotel is going to be fully booked, you should account for that. You have to anticipate what is needed and not run out. The bar should be fully stocked. NO EXCEPTIONS. I have to give a shout out to Carolina who went out of her way to help us. Her willingness was 5 stars compared to Mauri's attitude and willingness to help. "

"My stay at the Hampton Inn was great. I was greeted by the receptionist and she checked in my bag since it 2hours before I could check in. I was later helped by the manager who later sent a text to make sure I was settled in. Everyone was very attentive and pleasant. "

"Property was fine but there must have been a convention there and we had to wait over 2 hours to check in. Hotel should have been more accommodating to individual check-ins."

"The room was okay, but nothing like the way it is pictured. The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is very close to the amtrak station and walking distance to the waterfront. The property itself was very run down and our room was in a very bad shape with spots on the ceiling plus the TV didnt work. The windows didn't open and there was no AC in room but a fan was provided. I personally wouldn't stay here again and will look elsewhere. "

"My stay was ok. However I reserved a studio with a queen bed and when I checked in I was given a studio with double standard beds. Even though I had a paid reserved room it was given out. Also the bathroom amenities were low, at other extended stays there are 4 rolls of tissue. I was given a low roll and one whole, weird. And not a lot of towels. I had to get more of each day 1. Also the cleaning people, SO LOUD. Everyday the vacuum, loudly announcing themselves, it was hard to sleep. Staff never really present. Hard stay"
