The most rude staff we have ever encountered. The big turn off was that the whole resort has Automatically charged tip for everything and then the servers were obviously disappointed when no additional tip was given, really?!? We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and nothing was offered by the resort even though we did mention the birthdate to staff. It’s seemed like a custom at every other resort we have been over the years that from at least a nice happy birthday sign was put on our room to even a free Champaign. Not here. I don’t think we will be back not because of the price or birthday but the rudeness of the staff. We will try the competition definitely and hope it’s a better culture there. Good luck.

Atlantis is not for seniors! Too much walking and too many steps! Went there for the grandkids who did have a great time. The rooms are old and worn out. Food prices obscene and not worth it. The hotel system to generate the room key was down for hours when checking in. We had to sit in our room until it was back up.
