"We loved our stay here! We went to Halloween Horror Nights and this was such a great spot in an incredible location. Universal was literally 6 minutes down the road. Our room was incredible for the price, we appreciated that parking was free and the pool and hot tub was a superb amenity. (We just wish it was open a bit later.) The room was very clean, the only thing is there was no air conditioning unit which I like to use as a fan for noise. It was also a tad humid in the room at times....

"We loved the variety of pools and various relaxing and/or recreational areas amongst the property. It was a really nice experience.
We did not have a great time at check in. The wait was pretty extensive."

"Don't stay here. Maintenance on suite locks is not a priority. We were unable to enter suite due to lock issue so they moved us to a noisy unit with a view of the highway and no black out curtains. Next day the lock battery on 2nd unit died. Had to contact support again and wait over an hour for Maintenance man to fix after 10pm. Pool had tons of debris all 4 days- no food or bar here.. They never offered any compensation only apologies."

"Having a kitchen and 2 full bathrooms was great, a game changer. It didnt come with an oven but a small microwave oven was provided, which was cool. I loved the patio and the access to laundry if needed. The bummer was the listing saying that there were water views, and we couldn't see anything but the parking lot and huge palm tree. The nightly fireworks show kinda made up for the lack of a view. All in all, good stay, at good place, for a good price."
