We especially enjoyed the pool, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Diego, who provided exceptional service at all times and made us feel very welcome. My daughter was delighted to find a small birthday cake and a thoughtful greeting note waiting in our room such a lovely surprise that made the celebration even more memorable. "Main door to unit's closing mechanism in disrepair. Room lock safe had pieces of wall missing around it. Makeshift repairs. Not much in the way of making you feel safe/secure."

"The property is beautiful. Located right across the street from the beach. The problem is with the staff, they are either incompetent or just don’t care, not all of them, but most. Here is one example..I called for baggage service at 6pm, at 630 after three more calls, my wife and I had to drag 5 bags downstairs (elevators) all the way out to valet. This is not what I would expect for 700$ per night. I have a few more examples like this which has led us to decide never to stay at this property again. "
