"Had a very nice stay at the McRoyal over the Easter weekend. Spacious and clean room, friendly and attentive staff, and tasty food. Would definitely stay there again. "

"My rating is a low 4/5. Check in was terrible. We arrived well after check in time after a long flight and they couldnt find our booking. We waited around for over an hour before they "found" our room. Got into the room and there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom floor tiles were not cleaned properly. The other staff at the restaurants, Host cafe and security personnel were polite and friendly"
