Staff are helpful and always welcoming by greeting guests with a smile. Air conditioning is never a problem. Wifi can be slow. TV wifi connection is poor, need tech to sort it out."

"Although we confirmed via email our arrival time the airport shuttle was not there and we had to call for it to come pick us up. The shuttle to take us to the airport at 4:30am was on time. Unfortunately, there was no wifi. The food and service at the restaurant was good. "
