"Nice, spacious clean room. Onsite restaurant for dinner was just ok, breakfast restaurant was good. There's a shuttle to the airport that runs every half hour, so very convenient for flying out of Phoenix airport. Onsite fitness center and pool were nice amenities."

"Very clean room and super comfortable bed and pillows. For a small room, it was very well organized. The shower pressure was strong, which we don't usually find in the desert. Would recommend this place for a short stay in Phoenix. Also, it's so convenient for visiting the zoo or the botanical gardens."

"We had quite the adventure on our way to pheonix. Traveled through a knarly snow storm we called the previous hotel we booked and let them know we would be extremely late and were told it would be no issue just call when you arrive and we will get you checked in no problem. Well we arrived at about 5 am to be told we missed the checkin time even though we called multiple times about our eta through the snow storm. We didnt have anywhere to go.. we found this hotel the holiday inn and suites walked in and right away we were greeted with a staff member Yari. She was fantastic! We were abled to book a room, and get checked in early which was great. The room was bigger than expected, clean, and everything we needed for the weekend. Yari went above and beyond for my family. THANK YOU!! "
