"Apart from paying for my stay, I had to pay for parking. The room I got was for handicap and after requesting a different room I was told I’d receive notification of availability which I never received. The pool wasn’t available due to it being reserved but it was never mention online when reservations were made. Bit disappointed."

"Amazing to be honest. Very clean. Great amenities. Comfortable beds. Room had full kitchen. Rooftop was so nice. We left a hotel on campus and booked this one it saved the trip. "

"Property seems like it is new and is in good condition. Traveling as a family of four the room with two double beds and a pullout was quite small. The rooms do not have queen beds. They are truly double beds. We ended up getting another room to fit our family better. Breakfast was decent and the location was close to the airport, but not too close that it was noisy. "

"The room was clean and cool. I loved the rooftop but it is hard to access as only one elevator goes up there and the wrong one comes often when you call them to go up. Also, propane was out in all of the table fire pits. Except one that went out after our first night. The pool firepit worked and was nice. Gym was cool and organized. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful from the front desk to Leo in housekeeping. I would stay again. Perfect location and area."

"Bought a Coke out of the vending machine was charged $2.20 and it did not dispense. However, the girl at the front desk let me pick something out of the lobby because they don't have any control over the vending machine, it is done by someone off site"

"The hotel was great. There was road noise from the location but it wasn't too bad and the room and inside of hotel was clean and roomy. Parking was an issue on Friday night. The staff did his best to help."

"Very clean hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. Shuttle to and from the airport. Bar area in lobby, along with games and outdoor seating to relax in the evening before bed. Pool area was clean and a great way to cool off in the heat. Lots of good restaurants close and a close walk to the University."

"The host was extremely attentive during my visit and made the process easy. The bed was really firm which was great for me but may not be for everyone. Shops are a 7 min walk away. There are scooters you can rent around the area to commute. The neighborhood was relaxed and quiet day and night and everyone is friendly. Used uber to commute and spent around $15 and less for each ride. Did not use the pool. Room was as expected, if you stay here long request more towels. Would stay here again!"

We had stayed here before multiple times but now it was completely different. We had always returned because we had a nice experience but after this time never coming back. Room was dirty and the AC did not work properly, they did not provide enough towels; only ONE!! For two people, no facial towel nothing else. When I requested more towels they told me...
