We were given an apartment on the 19th floor with horrific smell (the en-suite master bedroom), the apartment wasn’t well cleaned, we had moulded bread, a needle syringe left in the fridge, used sponge cleaner & rubbish left on the floor, it really wasn’t nice to stay in! It was awful. Luckily, the service team moved us to another apartment which was better!
The cleanliness of the apartments could be so much better overall. They should also really consider putting washing machines in all units for guests convenience, even though they provide shared washing/dryer machines on the G floor. But, they are often busy with dirty filters.
The only good thing about the stay was the Twin towers view from our rooms. Sadly, I don’t think we will be staying here again.
