"The hotel was very clean. The room was nice. But there were details that needs work. The common areas, where the food was, the lobby RR and Elevator were super hot. No AC is these areas. I brought it up to the male front desk (with a long beard) and he was rude, didn't care, and didn't even try to be courteous. When I brought it up to his attention, nicely, a snide remark is all I got. All the other staff were so nice."

"Property has slowly gone downhill over the past 10 years
Needs to be cleaned up and upgraded throughout
The pools need to be redone and after the weekend very cloudy not very appealing
The fencing on the ground floor poolside rooms are all rotting

Air conditioning is hit and miss not good for this area
Bird poop all over gazebos not healthy
Sliding doors and screen doors are very hard to close and bent

"Acres Landing was an incredible stay! It felt like a private desert oasis, our airstream was super clean and comfortable and also had robes to wear. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities, including the 24/7 pool and outdoor soaking tub and corn hole late at night. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll invite all our friends next time! "I believe his name was Vinnie or I probably miss heard, sorry about that. He was extremely helpful and polite, I definitely felt welcomed. I was only there for a night, but it was nice, relaxing, and it was fairly quiet. Overall, I will be back for multiple days. I liked how close it was to Joshua tree, and the tub in the room, worked out well! especially after a hike!"
