"I booked this place at the last minute because my family arrived earlier than their original flight schedule. It was advertised “with free breakfast” on Expedia. Upon checking in, the concierge of the property told them based on their rules, breakfast is included depending on how much did you pay, and what we paid for doesn’t have it. I report it to Expedia and the agent confirmed complimentary breakfast is included. We did not insist on the free breakfast anymore. I just thought that they...

Henann Tawala Resort

Henann Tawala Resort

8/10 Good
"Hotel is fine, but it's connected to other resorts that you don't have access to. They control access via towel types. We had friends staying at the other resort and they invited us, they made it very difficult for us to be there, if they had mentioned from the beginning that we just need to buy a pass or something a lot could have been avoided"
