"The AC was broken out first night. The mirror broke in the restroom. We had to move to another suite and it got better. We had rowdy neighbors so I had to pound on their door to shut them up. The staff is super accommodating. The restaurant in sight is amazing. We ate 3 meals and never had to leave."

"I arrived around 9am exhausted due airline delays. The hotel charged me 2500 Pesos to check in before check in time. That is the first time a hotel has ever charged me to check in before check in time. I constantly had to ask the front desk to fill the lotions and soaps in the room and supply toilet paper."
