The resort was Awesome lots of room loved the Balcony facing the ocean. The pools and hot tubs were clean and Cool. Everyone was very helpful and nice. If I must leave a complaint it would be the slow elevators.

Great Place

After you do the on line check in front desk has your packet and your off to a great stay. Rooms are very spacious and full filled with all your needs . With a patio ocean front the view is spectacular. A great place to stay .

Very nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. We had issues of almost getting stuck in an elevator and there is a lot of construction going on right now. Those were the only downfalls. It was really nice to be able to walk down to the beach and have free chairs & umbrella. $50 for parking was a little much but I would stay there again. Really nice place overall.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The only complaint is that there were no beach towels, and the lights in the living room and porch didn’t work. We only had the kitchen florescent light. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

We'll be back!

Property waa conveniently located to nearby attractions. Staff was excellent and behind helpful and cordial. The elevators need updating as wait times can be long and one was out of service fir repair. Some features are a little dated , depending on the unit. Nevertheless the unit sizes are very nice and comfortable. Definitely rebooking for next year.

Outdated, not as clean

The room was sufficient enough for our family of 7 with 3 little ones with a spectacular view. However, it was outdated, drawers were broken, the internet was extremely slow, poor cellular connection, batteries were removed on smoke detector (hazard), the bathrooms smelled of mildew despite calling housekeeping, and the place wasn’t as clean as I wanted.

Great location! Love availability of chairs and umbrellas. The staff at the beach very helpful. Our room was nice but there was an extremely bright light outside the bedroom. They need room darkening curtains. So bright. We ask for 2 blankets, a remote for TV and only had 1 garbage bags it took them 3 days to deliver after multiple requests. Front desk staff not helpful. Wish the pool was heated. Hardly anyone in the beautiful pools because they were so cold!! Hot tubs were nice.

The elevator situation was HORRIBLE. WiFi didn’t work in room, TV’s were all unplugged upon arrival, refrigerator was hot, beds were missing blankets. Was not pleased with this location at all.

Room 1404 , dryer didn’t work. Broken tiles in the kitchen covered up with dirty rugs. Casper was filthy. Over an hour wait for an elevator each time. Very inconvenient , for the price people pay to go on vacation these things need to be updated or it needs to be let known from the beginning. Beautiful views from the balcony , pools were nice , beaches were beautiful staff wasn’t very friendly in the front nor helpful. No tissue for bathrooms. No detergent for dishwasher .
