Muy buena atención. Llegué tarde en la noche con mi papá discapacitado y nos atendieron muy bien. Le dieron una habitación en planta baja y cuidaron que estuviera cómodo.

Great inexpensive private room.

Very inexpensive private room on the second floor. I stayed nearly 2 weeks while shopping and doing other business in Pamana. I extended my stay twice without any problems. Note that the hotel is managed by Hotel Del Mar just next door.

Nice stay

Very inexpensive nice small room with private bath. It had a very nice hot shower, unusual for inexpensive hotels in the tropics.

For a cheap room it offers a private bathroom, air-conditioning, soft towels and natural light from the window. The staff didn't speak English. The rooms were not clean, the showers leaked water over the bathroom floor, the lights were dimmed and one room missed a shower head. The ceiling was peeling and outside the windows on the platform was garbage dumped. No complimentary shampoo or coffee available.

Hotel and area not recommended for WESTERN tourists. Here you are the HVT! Hotel located three blocks from MASSIVE squalored slums. Odds of getting rolled up here are high DAY AND NIGHT. OPSEC AND COMSEC MANDATORY. Have your head on a swivel. Have your "Grey-Man" PERFECTED if you chose to stay in this area! EDC PPG/Personal Protective Gear can be purchased here with ease and cheap. Avoid offers from people/taxi drivers to be tour guides. Unless they have license, business card with contact numbers and website! Period! Otherwise you may get taken for the ride of your life. This area duplicate of Kali Columbia!!!! You dun been warned amigo!!!

Les escribí por lo del traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y nunca recibí respuesta. El traslado al aeropuerto tampoco es gratis. Lo único bueno es que la recepcionista es muy atenta pero las instalaciones se ven desmejoradas y sucias. No pude dormir porque había cucarachas en todos lados, como si tuvieran una plaga. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Fácil acceso a el metro.. la señal de TV se va y viene y tiene pocos canales y la cama y almohada tenían mucho cabellos... por lo demás todo bien lugar tranquilo para dormir.. pueden mejorar..

Descontento con todo ese local ( Hotel )

Perdon por el comentario que voy hacer, pero lo que hay que decirlo hay que decirlo.... si es por lo que cobran, este hostal deja mucho que desear, como tal, desde la baja calidad de la cama donde uno duerme que es un colchon en mal estado puesto en una plancha de cemento hasta el detalle de las sabanas rotas y de tercera categoria y la toalla mas vieja que ha saber cuantos años y uso tienen.... siento que no deberian de ponerle el calificativo de hotel, pues no creo que llegue a eso. Un detalle de muy mal gusto es que las puertas dañadas tanto del baño como de la entrada de la habitacion, y lo peor que le desconectan el aire acondicionado, como que para que uno se salga de la habitacion.... no recomendaria a nadie ese tipo de local.... creo que una persona delicada no se acostaria ni un minuto en dicha cama.

Clean with AC. 24 hour desk and only about 5 minutes walk to the water front. Dozens of places to eat in the immediate area. Close to a few bustops including 2 that come from the airport.

Nice free shuttle from airport, $2 ea. shuttle to airport, relatively quick service. Wifi info should have been explained that two different servers for lobby access and room access. Very short walk to Metro Loteria and to promenade along the sea.

The hotel was in a very questionable area. When I got there the check in lady spoke no English, even when I used Google translate. I know the basics and figured out she said they didn't have and rooms. It was a waste of $ that I paid to get there from the airport.

They had problems finding my reservation despite my showing them my Expedia confirmation but no problem. Room is clean but very plain and no view. Nothing spectacular but a private washroom and AC was good to have and the bed was comfortable.

Basically I checked in but I did not stay even 15 minutes in that awful place, the picture that you have is not the place and the rooms are the most awful place I ve been in my life I wouldn't pay or go free to a place like that, I was tired and I really wanted to rest, I took a taxi and booked in El Panamá. My concern is not being in a 4 or 5 star hotel but how clean a place must be and the maintenance is, switch uncovered, uncomfortable bed, if you can call it bed, no phone in the room to call reception , no good internet reception, room smelled like cigarettes. Again I checked in and took more than an hr because they did not have my information on file, plus that I reached after 9 pm, and that reservation was available since 11 am. Totally awful 3 hrs took me to find a place and go from there, which I did just for me to be convenient for the conexion flight that I had of 19 hrs staying in Panama. Anyway I left I did not stay and I went to The Panamá Hotel. I wished I took pictures but I just left from that awful disgusting place!!! Plus I was alone and scared looking for a room at almost midnight!
