My fourth time staying here; I encountered a few minor issues that were nonetheless quickly resolved by an attentive host. By way of a recommendation, it would have been nice if I had a broom and a mop to clean up after myself; also, the wifi only seemed to work consistently in the bedroom, although the wired connection was excellent in the living and dining areas. Would definitely stay in 20D again!

My stay was great , just the wi-fi wasn’t working properly but the host tried to help me . didn’t really affect my stay because i had a panamá sim card , but the area is close to everything , SAFE TO WALK AROUND . will be coming back sooon

I always stay at this property when I'm on vacation and it's always so convenient for me and my family. I would say that this time I was not pleased with the wi fi service as I was not able to be connected during my stay. During my past visits the wi fi was perfect but with the increased volume of people now coming to the property the service was terrible me and my family hardly was connected and when it did connected the signal would drop instantly.other wise great service as always.

I stayed at this property in the past. Property was clean and I only seen roaches in the kitchen. This trip was extremely different. Roaches were everywhere. I found a roach in the refrigerator, shower, bedroom and all of the closets. I won't stay here again.

Great location and very good place in general

Excellent experience once again. The communication with hosts was perfect. Everything inside the apartment was in good conditions, and everything was found clean. There is a place inside the building where you can leave your luggage to go for a walk while you wait for check in time which is really helpful. Or you can also just wait inside the building at the Lobby. Fast WiFi connection and great view from the apartment. In short this is a great option for staying at Panama City.

The room was clean when i arrive and comfy. the communication between management and customer was a bit off. i tried reaching out to managment about early check in and late check out but i didnt receive a timely response and due to that, it forced me to be 8 hours early for my flight at the airport. the room was good tho
