"The young lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room as very nice and as was the beds!"

"Booked thru expedia the reservation number never went thru maybe the issue is with Expedia, they did not had a reservation in my name I sent a few emails never got a replay back Terrible communication"

"The best of this hotel is the location because is inside a national park, the rest was poor, the hotel is not well maintained, checking in took like an hour with a lot of people waiting. Food was ok but even though they are inside a ecological national park, they use lots of plastic for everything, which is terrible for the environment . I wouldn’t come back."

"Very limited - only had 1 bath towel and no hand towel or wash cloth? Not real clean and a few bugs. Staff did not speak English so that was a challenge. Location did make it easy to walk to stuff. Ok for price"
