"Was only there for 3 days 2 nights. Couldnt get the internet to stay connected. Staff was extremely nice but then a few hours later, no internet. One day they came 3 times aven replaced the router. Last day still no internet or compensation. They also tried to charge me for snacks we did not consume. "

Not only was the room available on short notice, but the parking and property location were convenient, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the food offered at the restaurant and bar were top notch! Next time I stay in the Subic Bay area I will definitely stay at Palm Tree Resort. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Olongapo or Subic Bay area!"

"Location’s close to SM so it’s very convenient. It’s at the middle of a busy road, so it can feel a little suspicious. Staff are very friendly and accomodating! "

"The location is perfect ..the room is nice with the beddings and pillows it is comfortable to sleep .the thing is our room is right next to their supplies cleaning material room etc. All in all us was a great hotel too.."

"The room floors (carpet and tiles) were dirty. You can tell it hasn’t been mopped or vacuumed consistently. There was sewer smell inside the bathroom. Even when the air conditioning was turned on, you’ll be welcomed by entering the room with a musty smell, not sure if it was from the vent. Upon check out, I was told that there was a missing face towel and would be charged for it. I asked them to recheck because I am not interested in keeping any of their old, used, and smelly towels. The person checking said everything was accounted for. The hotel needs maintenance."
