L hotel est tres bien, l accueil un peu froid mais le serveur du restaurant est tres sympathique et efficace .nous avons egalement correctement mangé pour un prix raisonnable. Les chambres sont grandes et bien agencees .petit belol sur le spa qui me semble avoir veilli et la piscine ou il ne faut pas venir le weeend si on veut etre tranquille beaucoup d enfants et de bruit.

Fabulous value in the restaurant

Clean and modern hotel with a lovely spa (although we never got around to using it!). The restaurant food is excellent and very good value. The option is to choose starters and desserts (which included the nicest chocolate cake I've ever had in Portugal) from an unlimited buffet, with the main course from the delicious menu. We'll definitely be back!

accueil réception très professionnel et chaleureux ..Rapidité pour obtenir sa chambre .Chambre spacieuse, propre, climatisation que l'on peut régler à volonté , literie un peu dure. Produits de toilette offerts. Déco actuelle sobre et efficace. Hôtel très calme Dommage que les peignoirs de bain et les serviettes de bain soient de faibles qualités et pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel 4 étoiles. Restauration savoureuse avec plats typiques. Petit déjeuner de qualité, avec de très bons pains et viennoiseries. Super accueil de tout le personnel. Qualité prix extraordinaire . A recommander.

De passage dans la région j ai prie une chambre par hasard dans cette hôtel et la outre le prix imbattable j ai découvert un espace spa génial et gratuit à volonté (jacuzzi hammam sauna salle de sport piscine ...) un sour et petit déjeuner un très bon repas du soir et du midi avec un personnel au petit oignons

Pampilhosa

O hotel apresenta tudo o que procuramos em conforto e simpatia. A região é muito bonita e proxima a outras regiões que valem a pena ser visitadas como Serra da estrela, Monsanto, Guarda. Aconselha- se comer a chanfana de cabra, o cabrito e o javali. De sobremesa tijelada.

Uma noite bem passada, com um optimo staff, uma beleza envolvente espetacular. Relativamente ao hotel, a única coisa a apontar e que no dia em que fui, estavam com avaria no wifi, de resto tudo optimo.
