"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. The property is beautiful, peaceful and ideally located for exploring many of Puglia’s traditional villages and towns. The accommodation is exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable, the rooms have air conditioning , and the swimming pool is superb. We absolutely loved our stay at Alvica and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Puglia. We would definitely come back! 🇮🇹❤️"

"Took a few days for the staff to warm up but by the end everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The pool was very cold but beautiful. Restaurant, property all beautiful. Breakfast had lots of variety and we appreciated the fresh fruit! Considering this as a wedding venue it's so beautiful especially around sunset. The only complaint is the speed bumps on the driveway are aggressive."

Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were beautifully made, fresh towels were provided daily, and complimentary bottled water was replenished each day. The attention to detail was outstanding.
