When she found out that I was in the area doing family research she immediately called her son to take us to the office and apply for the documents while the office was open. "Staying a week for work and the reason I chose this hotel was because of Gym and Aircon in the room. Needless to say, neither was present. I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week. Next week I will stay at a different hotel."
