"Probably one of the most beautiful views on the Baja coast. Our stay was wonderful but a couple issues I’d like to provide. The resort needs some TLC, fixtures are rusted, rust stains in the pool. Their budget on O&M needs to be more significant. The cardio equipment in the gym needs replaced in the worst way. The spa needs a sauna, and the cold and hot plunge need rethought, should not have to go out to the spa lobby to access it. The main waterfall barely ran and it’s the centerpiece of your pool experience. However, I’d go back in a heartbeat. Just stay away from the end rooms, too much road noise."

"Upgraded rom is nice and a must for families with kids. The Kids Club is very basic and for independent care over age 5. Under you have to accompany for 1 hour duration. Large group booking is impossible. We did enjoy the gelato counter. The main pool was where we mostly stayed at. In June, but the water was cold so our kids took over the hot tub which was not close to being hot. They had a Legendary pool for upgraded guest and timeshare guest that is way better and maintained how I expect it. Wouldn’t pay full price for nights here, only worth it on deals. Remember to tip your daily room service and cocktail staff!"

The service was truly exceptional—honestly a 20/10. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. We felt treated like royalty throughout our stay. The resort itself is incredibly private, peaceful, and stunningly beautiful. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every corner of the property is immaculate, and the attention to detail is second to none. If you’re looking for true luxury, privacy, and world-class hospitality, Las Ventanas exceeds every expectation. We can’t wait to return. Special things to Samuel and Gerson our butlers for making her stay exceptional♥️"
