"Loved our stay here. It’s in a great location, walking distance to the center of Palma, with stunning views overlooking the Marina. It’s a great base for exploring Palma itself and the rest of Mallorca."

2/10 Terrible

"Upon our arrival we were met with the front desk. She was very kind and helpful. Once we exited the elevator on our floor, we began to see the lack of care this building receives. The floor was dirty, dead bugs were present on the floor. We entered our room and were taken-back by the dirty walls, stains on the furniture, and two moths flying around the room. It also had a damp old smell. We were honestly grossed out and didn’t even want to sleep on the bed. My wife refused to get under the blankets and just laid on top. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. This is a far cry from an 8.2 rating and is more akin to a shady motel."

"Very clean room with some being balconies and some window. Some rooms are smaller than others but ours was very spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful and the area felt very safe. Was about a 5 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again."
