Indian Wells Resort Hotel
Rooms were like an old motel inside. Dirty carpet, no usb outlets, non-accessible outlets to plug things in, and an ARMY of ants in the bathroom crawling all over the sink and counter. Had to move to another hotel. Heard another patron with the same issue.

Aqua Soleil Hotel & Mineral Water Spa
They need to find a pressure washer and clean the sidewalks and walkways. Filthy. I don't think the elevator has ever been cleaned. Miracle Springs Resort & Spa
Lots of potential but needs serious updates. The mold on the bathroom ceiling was painted over, but needed a re-do. With that said, staff was nice as could be and we enjoyed the hot pools at the end of each day.
