This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have experienced in the desert. Very clean facility and the service was wonderful. I will be back
There’s a quiet pool. And a pool with music and fun for both
The walkways are well lit and very clean lush and green.
The rooms were very clean and spacious and comfortable.

Relaxed, lush, quiet.
Lovely grounds and lush landscaping. The property is sufficiently spread about that one can always find a quiet, shady spot to read or nap. Guests certainly seemed to socialize, but nothing about the "scene" felt pushy or in-your-face. My room definitely could have used an update, but that almost added to the charm.

The grounds landscaping and foliage was fantastic. The hot tub and lagoon area was my favorite part of the facility. I wasn't fond of the bathroom. No counter space at all. I had no place to put any of my toiletries.

Consistently the best in Palm Springs
The management at Vista Grande are exceptional. I usually have a late check in due to travel down from San Francisco and there is always someone to greet me and get me settled in one of my favorite rooms. The breakfast and lunch included every day is such a nice amenity, especially when working remotely.

Great for pool side reading
Facility and room was clean and spacious. Would love to see upgrades to the in-room television as the audio quality was low to the cable TV connection. Area was perfect to just relax by any of the pools. Staff was courteous and were always available.

After 4 years of waiting for Spectrum to upgrade our cable boxes, this was completed August 19. The next time you visit you will see a big difference in the picture quality.

The water lines run on the roof of the building, in the summer, when temperatures are over 100 degrees, it heats the water in the pipes. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

A great experience, staff and environment were fabulous. Food on the weekend lead to some good conversations. The weather was so good for laying by the pool and reading. I was housed in one of the more "modest" rooms and guys it really is time to spend some money on the room. Air conditioning worked well but lights didnt and the prominent steel kitchenette looked like something straight out of "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet"

Well maintained old Palm Springs Gay resort. This place is a classic and near enough to downtown to walk for dinner walk we weren’t so lazy. Checked in and checked out from the hectic craziness of the world.

Great place to relax. It was peaceful yet fun. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They also laid on a breakfast and very tasty lunch each day that I hadn’t been expecting. Left there very relaxed, tanned and happy.

Quiet retreat
I was only in Palm Springs overnight for business purposes. But I decided it would be fun to stay at one of these clothing optional gay resorts. Being mid week, it was pretty quiet. But it was relaxing.

The stay at Vista Grande was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The 2 different pool areas, 1 with music and smoking allowed and 1 that was quiet and smoke-free, allowed us to lounge poolside based on our mood. The weekend brunch was very plentiful with fresh fruit, cereals, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, omelets, bacon, coffee, juices and mimosas. The room was very dated and needed to be renovated. 2 of the 3 windows did not open. Door stops were falling off, the shower curtain had large mold spots. Sheets and towels were not high quality.

Gay Paradise
If you wanted to experience a gay resort but were afraid to for whatever reason, this is the resort for you. They're very welcoming. You don't have to worry about body image. They have different flavors of meat there. They offer free meals during your stay. The resort could use some updating on the decor, however. Overall, a great experience for any gay guy. They could lower the price, too.

A great birthday experience!
A milestone birthday called for a milestone event and I found that at Vista Grande resort. I knew I would be there during some very hot days, literally, but had projects to work on. I read reviews of the various resorts and settled on VG because the grounds looked inviting and the email I sent with a question was promptly replied to. Another resort did not reply, then tried to tell me they did not receive the e mail.... On arrival I was taken to my very comfortable room then given a very relaxed and informative tour. Over the next few days I met some very nice people, got a lot of work done, spent mornings and evenings in the pool and hot tub-in other words Vista Grande was more than I had hoped for and they very friendly staff have assured that I will be a repeat guest!

Vista Grande Palm Springs - Great Place To Stay
If you are looking for a resort where you can just check in, relax, and not have to leave, this is it. Breakfast and lunch meals are included every day as well as a cooked dinner on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A truly wonderful stay!
I had a wonderful stay, the staff made feel at home from the moment I stepped in. I was able to relax, make new friends and get plenty of Sun! The dinning area was always stocked with fruit coffee and or a cool beverage. I plan on and can't wait to return for another visit. And did I mention the Staff!

well worth a visit
This was our first time in Palm Springs and we were unsure what to expect. After a 10 hour flight and 2 hour drive the welcome was so good. We were walked round the resort and felt so confortable straight away. The staff were always on hand to help and the added bonus of 3 meals a day over the weekend made it difficult to find a reason to go out. You even get a menu dropped to your room so you can see what's on offer. We loved the freshly made omlettes and waffles with staff reminding you that dinner is served with some unique dinner bells. The bars are in walking distance (yes 15 minutes but thats not far! you can grab a taxi or drive if you prefer). We enjoyed the 3 pools, hot tub and steam room. We met many guests who had returned many times and I can see why. There are other places with newer rooms but I cant imagine they would have such a warm feeling. We will be returning and if you are looking for a place like this then I would try here!

The Best Gay Resort in Palm Springs!
We have visited other resorts in Palm Springs and Vista Grande is far more friendly and accommodating than the others! The staff is Great and the clientele fun to interact with! The resort is close to town. The grounds are well kept and lush! Your choice of pools, hot tub, and Sweet sauna!

I enjoy their friendly hotel staff and was surprised by their amazing breakfast in the morning. However, the hotel is under construction and most of the facilities were closed due to cleaning as well, so there was not the usual amenities I expected and came for. I feel like I missed out because of that but I am willing to come back when they are finished with construction.

Skeptic turned Fan!
Traveled to PS last minute and was going to stay at the Ace or another hotel but was told about Vista Grande. I was a little skeptical at first but the facilities were fantastic, the staff was friendly, and the overall vibe was much more comfortable than I thought it might be. Looking forward to returning.
