From the moment we arrived, John at the front desk was incredibly kind, explaining everything clearly—where the restaurants were, and all the facilities we could use. He was so cheerful, and we immediately felt warmly welcomed. The hotel itself was excellent—great condition, spotless rooms, and an overall pristine atmosphere. "Clean and tidy hotel in great location to bars, restaurants and short walk to the beach. Friendly, helpful staff that work hard to make for a great stay. Lovely little roof top terrace, the pool is warm and the bar serves nice cocktails. Booked by my daughter who stayed here with her family last year. Will be back!"

"We were very impressed with the hotel and it's layout with each pool leading to the next down the slope to the plaza and buffet restaurant. It is well laid out and the 3 bars all had very helpful staff. We had all-inclusive full board and were surprised at the variety of food and which drinks were included in the package."

"Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if...
