"Property was great. Checking in the attendant was not very friendly at all. All other staff was amazing and very attentive. Water dispenser in the "Smile to Go" was not working or not filled, therefore getting water was very limited. Restaurants on site were also great, with amazing service!"

"I didn’t catch the name of the person who checked us in (he’s been there 18 years), but he was a terrific introduction to the hotel — friendly, open, and offering all the best of New York. The room was clean, and it is sooooo close to so many theaters, the Morgan Library, Bryant Park and the New York Public Library. Will stay here again. "

"I liked my room a lot. It was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. There were plenty of places around to grab food if needed. The breakfast was adequate and appreciated. My only drawback was my view was a brick wall. Oh, and the water pressure in the shower was super low. "

"Great location in a very historic and nicely renovated building. Smaller but comfortable rooms with top quality bedding and towels. Adjoining is the Nice Matin restaurant - top notch for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, all kinds of dining, coffee and cocktail opportunities with 2 blocks, and we felt comfortable on the street, although we were generally back at the hotel by 10:00. The neighborhood is vibrant and busy - and very normal. Subway just a block away to go afield, and lots...
