"Good location, big rooms, great staff and clean property. It just needs a little update, especially in the kitchen. Fridge didn't work that well, but we hardly used it, so it was fine. Very quiet neighborhood at night but close to everything. Great bed to rest! "

"The location and staff were excellent, and the breakfast was very good. However, the rooms looked much better in the photos than in reality — they felt quite worn out and in need of updating. Our group booked two rooms, and housekeeping unexpectedly added mini bar charges to both bills. The front desk removed the charges once we pointed them out, but since the same thing also happened at the Iguazu property, it did not feel like an isolated mistake. It left a disappointing impression and is something guests should pay close attention to when reviewing their final bill. Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, the overall experience was not good enough for me to return."
