Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious! The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Only drawback was the shower... both my husband and I, individually, almost fell because the floor inside the shower was very slippery.

Superb. Elegance, opulence, history, luxury. Staff attentive, thoughtful and charming. Beautiful and tasteful modernisation of a wonderful building, with plenty of historic details left to marvel at. We had the most wonderful stay here and will return.

Great location - I arrived the cruise terminal (10 mins walk) and left from the train station (30 mins walk), with sightseeing. Staff very helpful.
