Don’t hesitate- book this place !

Great stay. Amazing location as its very central and close to both the rail and bus stations. Place was immaculately clean and the host ( Momo) was excellent - facilitated a very late check in and was incredibly helpful and kind. Absolutely recommend this place

Great place and location

This place is well located, has indoor parking but you need to let them know. It is walking diatance to most sites. It ia clean, and easy access. And foe thos who need, has great AC :)

Just a perfect, clean, very spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean and literally a two minute walk from the train station and a short walk to the historic centre. Everything you need nearby. Superb value.

Overall a decent place to stay

Overall a good stay for an affordable price point. Centrally located, although perhaps in a sketchier part of the town centre. Apartment was clean and spacious. Only downside was the very, very, very uncomfortable sofa bed.

Personal sehr freundlich, konnten bereits vor 16.00 ins Appartement. Wohnung sehr modern und sauber, tolle Terrasse. Leider gab es nicht wie angekündigt, Shampoo/Duschgel, zumindest nicht für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Es wurde nicht gereinigt während des Aufenthalts und es gab auch Handtuchwechsel nur auf Anfrage. Hätte ich bei 4 Nächten Aufenthalt schon erwartet. Müll muss selbst entsorgt werden, gab aber keine Müllsäcke.

Very close to the central rail station. Bed linens were not the cleanest. We didn’t use the oven, but it contained lots of crumbs. Door locks seemed very secure. Too bad we had damp weather because our patio on the eighth floor was great.

Le seul avantage de ce logement est la proximité de la gare a 2 mon a pieds. Logement spacieux pourble reste je dirais de fuir. Kit de bienvenu composé d un echantillon de shampoing alors qu on avait demandé si on devait ramener ils ont repondu que non c etait fourni en revanche on nous demandait de ramener nos propre serviette ( valise cabine!) Et pourtant il y en avait de fourni. 2 rouleau de papier toilette pour une semaine pour 2. Parlons de la climatisation quibrafraichi un salon immense mais pas la chambre!!!! Le plus a fuir est l environnement exterrieur. Les drift en voiture avec les enceintes a fond. Les petard a toutes heure de la nuit. Les klaxons dans tous les sens. Le tramway qui passe devant et sans parler de la joyeuseté de l alarme pieton qui sonne toute les 40 secondes H 24. Essayez de dormir avec tout cela c est bien impossible!!! Le must le roof top accessible a partir de 10h du matin ( un must de loin) attentions aux mycoses car jaccuzzi tres sales, les gens vont dedant sans meme passer par une douche pourtant juste a côté... le jacuzzi est jaune, l eau dégoûtante et les buzes ne fonctionnent que d un côté a faible allure loin des bulles d un vrai jaccuzzi....ca ne donne pas du tout envie sans parler des cadavres de bouteilles de bières et de cigarettes( ou autres substances illicites).

The property was fine, clean and felt safe. The staff was friendly. The city and neighborhoods were run down, we would never go back to Palermo. We would fly into and stay in northern Sicily. We drove there and it was very nice up there.

Tres bon sejour en famille

Très bon sejour en famille. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Accueil très sympathique. Propre et bien situé dans la ville, permettant de rejoindre à pied le centre historique, sans insécurité ressentie. De ce fait, un peu bruyant la nuit car donnant sur la rue mais immeuble calme. Le toit terrasse avec les jacuzzis est juste sublime et tres appréciable en juillet. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir nous garer gratuitement dans la rue. A noter : l'eau du robinet n'est pas potable, ce qui est fréquent en Sicile.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Terrace and solarium was a bonus but unfortunately closed after 7pm because of some prior issues which meant we only had one brief visit before we left.

Nice but noisy

The apartment was ideal for us. There was a couple of plug sockets hanging off the wall or not working. Overall it was a comfortable apartment. However, on the 2nd night there was excessive noise coming from the adjacent apartment late at night. I knocked their door and asked them to keep the noise down given it was approaching midnight. There were a number of young boys in the apartment which looked like a "gaming party". I complained to reception and they confirmed that the guests next door had been spoken to. The next night, the same noise level reoccurred after 11pm, so not happy at sleep being disturbed on two of our three night stay.

Excellent choix pour visiter le centre historique

Excellente situation pour cet établissement, a 5 mn à pieds de la navette aéroport de Palerme et de la gare centrale. Très bon accueil avec cependant la contrainte de signaler ses heures d’arrivée , le personnel n’étant pas là en permanence. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place, mais un sympathique. Bar à proximité avec tout ce qu’il faut pour le petit déjeuner pour pas cher.
