"This is a wonderful hotel with impeccable service. The staff was incredibly helpful with our car reservation logistics and provided great parking information. They even accommodated our early checkout schedule by preparing a breakfast box for us to go. The location, amenities, and breakfast were all excellent. We truly loved our stay."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. A classic, old palazzo, beautifully restored, right in the center of Palermo. Very clean, very comfortable, good sized rooms, quiet air conditioning, and fantastic views from the rooftop restaurant and bar. Be sure to have a drink in the bar with Robert, a true professional with an engaging personality with amazing stories to tell
Very highly recommended"

"This hotel is fine. It wasn’t as nice as in the pictures but honestly if you’re going to be there just for sleeping it’s perfect. It has everything you need and the staff is great. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel I would say pick something else but something easy conveniently located and average it’s perfect. Especially for the price."

"The staff at check-in was very helpful even though he spoke no English we were able to communicate effectively and he helped us to figure out our parking spot in a private lot, which is definitely a challenge in Palermo!
The rooms were small, but neat and clean, perfect for what we needed for our stay.
The building does not have any windows in the hallways, and so the lights automatically turn off, which took some getting used to, but wasn’t a problem in the end.
it would be nice in the...

"★★★★★
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palazzo Arone dei Baroni di Valentino. The property is beautiful, incredibly clean, and so welcoming. Our room was spotless, and the common areas were just as immaculate and beautifully maintained.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was Francesco. He went above and beyond from the moment we arrived to make us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. His kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made the experience feel so...

"Uniquely charming old Palazzo ideally located within a few minutes walk of many Palermo attractions. Small common area is just outside the rooms, a good place to enjoy tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits, and to meet other guests. Good restaurant suggestions. Room quiet despite busy neighborhood. Older or less able guests need to know that access is possible only via outside staircase, expect no help with bags."

"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Unfortunately I only had the chance to spend 1 night here, but really loved the central location and room. The owner Roberta was very helpful prior to my arrival to send me photos of the building door, and the entrance to the Heritage Collection rooms so that I was easily able to find my room. I was in Europe for 2 weeks and this place had the most comfortable bedding and pillows of all the places I stayed. The rooms were all tastefully remodeled over the past few years, keeping the character of...
