"By far, the best hotel in Palermo. The Teatro Massimo suite was gorgeous. I didn’t want to leave! I had a lot of heavy luggage and traveling solo and the staff helped me with my bags and did not charge me a late check out fee. The room had everything and even came with a flat iron. lol I was in heaven. Grazie mille per tutti, Rosy!"

"Good size unit. Shower head didn’t stay where you put it. We could have used an extra card to get in the unit. AC never got to set temp."

"Location was perfect!!"

"Das Zimmer bzw. die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Wunderschöner barocker Stil mit hohen Decken, Stuck, Deckenbemalungen, sehr sauber und der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit! Einzig und allein die Küche könnte mit Schüsseln für Müsli zb und mehr Besteck ausgestattet werden. Wichtig!!! Auch eine Klimaanlage ist natürlich vorhanden. Unerlässlich im Sommer! Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Absolute Empfehlung!"

"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Clean, good air conditioning, well maintained. Very good value for money. Coffee machine in the bedroom much appreciate. Could leave my luggage at the place."

"La chambre impeccable. Quartier insalubre, porte en bas toujours ouverte alors peu securitaire mais merci au proprio pour sa collaboration."

"Loved our stay at Ballarooms Experience. The B&B was in a very central position close to Ballaro market and was very comfortable- we even had a sauna in our room! Mariella served a lovely breakfast in her other B&B 5 minutes walk from where we were staying."

"Almost impossible to find, the directions were very poor and very misleading. The advert gives the impression that the restaurant is at the property but it is in a different location entirely. The check in process was not smooth, there was nobody at the property at check in time and didn’t reply to messages, we had to call the number given and had to self check in"

"Super helpful owner and perfect location. "

"The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...
