No me gustó el servicio del personal, salvo la persona que nos atendió en el restaurante, pir cierto, la comida muy rica. Ebviamos ropa a lavandería y nos hicieron prendas perdedizas, una de las personas de mi habitación tuvo que bajar hasta recepción al percatarse que le faltaba ropa y la chica de recepción lo ignoró, agarró sus cosas y se fue porque ella ya se iba. La persona que recibió el turno le dijo q buscara en la lavandería de los otros huéspedes, sólo recseros una parte. No reclamamos nada, solamente unor servicio. Esto fue terrible y no nos pudieron ayudar porque nos ibamos muy temprano al día siguiente. Que mal servicio. No me vuelvo a hospedar. Hay situaciones que se resulven más con actitud que con solucionar el.problema.
