"This was our best stay in Italy! The apartment was spotless, everything felt brand new, and the beds, linens, and overall comfort were excellent. The shower was fantastic, and the air conditioning worked perfectly - which was incredibly important with temperatures around 100°F (38°C) outside. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our stay so much easier. After we had too many hot nights with an air conditioner not keeping up, we complained and were moved without an issue to one of the coldest rooms in the property. They even moved our luggage. "Great stay, location, well maintained and had really good A/C especially in this heat wave, we were on the the 4th floor which is the highest floor but the A/C still worked really well, although the hallways were much cooloer I guess since they didn’t have windows. Keep in mind that when you enter the A/C will not have been on because it only turns on when you put the key card in the slot and have to leave one their throughout your whole stay so the A/C stays on when you’re out, when you first...
