I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. "Nice hotel, nice people, very well situated for trips to the cathedral, museums and small shops in the historic district. The hotel was a little noisy at night, but it is in the heat of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the roof was beautiful, looking out to the virgin statue and the basilica and the surrounding mountains."

"This property is beautiful and the views from this hotel were incredible; they even had a telescope in the restaurant to see the "angel" up close!
