"We really enjoyed our stay. We had the Amazon (luxury) room and it was great. Loved the bed ! Firm and really comfortable! Soaker tub and complimentary wine was also nice. Freddy in the restaurant and all staff were great. We walked to centre of old town from the hotel within 10-15. We felt safe in and around old town Quito. "I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!"

"We would stay here again. The location was great with a park across the street and nearby grocery stores. No restaurants were open nearby, despite it being Saturday night. The room was generally quiet and the sheets were super soft. The room was big and had good options to lay out our suitcases. The room also had a mini fridge, however there was no bottled water in the room. The toilet seat and toilet paper rack were both very loose, but the bathroom had a fan. "Nice hotel, nice people, very well situated for trips to the cathedral, museums and small shops in the historic district. The hotel was a little noisy at night, but it is in the heat of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the roof was beautiful, looking out to the virgin statue and the basilica and the surrounding mountains."
