"The room, and hotel in general, was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and polite.
The issue was with housekeeping and responsiveness: We were disturbed twice, at around 5pm, by staff wanting to clean our room. The first time she knocked, then immediately let herself in. Luckily, we were dressed. I think it's important to point out, due to pivacy issues.
We asked for toilet paper, and waited over 30 minutes before we had to ring down to reception again.
Despite these, on the grand scale of things, rather small issues, we really enjoyed our stay."
"The property and the staff were fantastic! The interior seems brand new inside of a beautiful old stone structure.
We got help with dinner reservations and a discount on the Batorama tour boat.
Highly recommend this hotel! "
"Room had an odor like old drains which did not go away despite use. Airing the room out helped a little. Bed was both too soft and too firm, my hips and shoulders are very sore. Walls outside were relatively soundproof, but things happening in the corridor sounded like they were in my room. Otherwise, the room was pretty spacious and the location was pretty good, roughly equidistant between the train station and city center. There was a kitchenette if you need one. Always appreciate an elevator and baggage storage."
"The hotel is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Petite France and 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was excellent and made many great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of selections."
"Great location very close to the train station and city centre! The hotel was clean and felt safe, and there is self-serve laundry available at a partner hotel about one block away. "
