Hotels near PalaRuffini

"One of the best hospitality experiences I've had. The hotel was an incredible value for how lovely it is. Great location near the train station, but in a nice, quiet area. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. Our room was perfect, with an adorable balcony as an added bonus. I wouldn't stay anywhere else."

"Staff were superb, very kind, room was clean, perfect for a short stay. Very happy to recommend it to others."

"I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast every day. The room was just fine and was close to the venu I was attending and the train station."

"The staff were amazing, a complementary breakfast, room was clean and charming - great value and easy tram access to Torino’s many attractions. Beautiful city, a warm welcome at reception and fabulous, affordable accommodation at Hotel Universo."

"The experience was miserable from start to finish. You have to check in yourself and the code I was provided didn’t work, I also asked if it was possible to check in a bit earlier and that was denied very rudely. Once inside the property is very bare and lacking of any character. Awaiting for you is absolutely nothing, not even a bottle of water. The bedding is pretty terrible and rough and was only provided a sheet, no blankets or comforter. WiFi didn’t work and when I asked the customer...

"Funcionária da recepção muito solicita e educada. Quarto com infiltrações, banheiro pequeno, toalhas insuficientes, tive que pedir mais, persiana com defeito, se só ir tudo ela não volta tive que pedir pra arrumar no dia seguinte. Localização boa com acesso a restaurantes e transporte público, café da manhã muito ruim, não vale os €5,00 por pessoa."

"Thehost is not responsive. We had different issues (with wifi, with energy blackout). Hots's answers were late and not accurate. Some elements are missing from the instructions. The kitchen is small. Pans are REALLY old. Missing utensils for cooking."

"Very nice, very central and very clean- great apartment! Great staff also."

"Loved the fact that it was so relaxing. Loved the furniture and location"
