Well just had 3 days at hotel absolutely loved it staff were excellent very helpful friendly and always on hand to assist. Rooms were excellent I booked delux king bed very happy with room every component was very high standard super fast wi fi and excellent Tv with a perfect view of the grounds. 24 hour gym and outdoor and indoor pools were very good really enjoyed relaxing 😎 Location was little out the way however we had transport so were able to move around to national park zoo etc all within 30-40 min drive so highly recommend u have own transport no motorbikes/cars to rent at hotel Restaurants food was amazing not a great deal options on menu but what is on menu was very highly quality and the breakfast buffet was superb caters for all nationalities. 18 hole golf course I didn’t try but provided with caddy and clubs if needed a lot of persons attending the course and is kept to very good standard. Overall amazing stay looking forward to returning. Allocated first floor but infested with pest like white moths. Staff were unfriendly, waited till 3.30pm to get access to the hotel room. One staff even accidentally threw the pen on the floor when passing to me to sign the credit card bill.

What a letdown by Movenpick!
The resort is overall poorly managed. The 2-bedroom villa we stayed is poorly furnished and dated. Toilets and floors are filthy. Definitely one of the worst-conditioned accommodation I have stayed in Thailand. Location and environment of the hotel is beautiful though. Very scenic and good for photo taking. I would suggest that you visit the compound for a couple of hours to take pictures and to stay in some other hotels instead. It is not worth the price and you will be bitterly disappointed for the amount paid. This resort tarnishes the positive and "healthy" image that the Movenpick brand portrays. No more Movenpick for us ever again, except for its ice cream.

Great resort to stay at Khao Yai if you want to stay only at the property as it was at least 30 minutes from everything else. Our 3 bedroom villa is spacious, clean, and well maintained. The front desk staffs were not friendly and get annoyed when we asked questions.

We enjoyed our stay at Movenpick although we were a little disappointed that we did not get the same room as shown in the photo. We called the reception once we entered our room, to double check if it is the executive room and they confirmed it was. If there are many kinds of executive rooms, all photos should be uploaded on the website not just one photo as this can be very misleading. Property is beautiful no doubt but room furniture looks a bit run down. A little maintenance will go a long way. Hotel needs to look into little details, there are no hooks in bathroom to hang clothes or towels. No place to put shower soaps, shampoos/conditioners in shower area. We had to place them on the marble floor which was so impractical. Little things that we noticed that were missing. Restaurants are good. Good service and good food. Decent vegetarian options too which we were very happy about. Overall a good stay

Superb View & Excellent Customer Service
The customer service (after sale) was good. I lost my shirt & emailed them. They returned back to my hotel in bangkok (3hours) before my flight back. The ambiance (castle view & surrounding) was superb, fresh air on high altitude. The horse handler was friendly & help us to take photos while my gf was riding the horse.

Views at the location is amazing and breakfast was great. However the villa was quite dusty and the water heater was not working until we inform the management which took quite a while to rectify the issue. There is an animal feeding that can be done which is great for kids

Have never stayed in a hotel that is so pretty, and occupies such a huge land space it’s literally a castle! Beautiful flowers, animal farm, horse riding, outdoor and indoor pool.... amazing. The only issue would be the pressure of the shower head in our room, quite weak water pressure and the heater takes really long to kick in. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

The environment is good for free and easy trip however the breakfast is over rated by general review posted. Breakfast is with limited choice of food and inattentive staff during breakfast time. Bathroom need proper maintenance especially the basin mixer which the water is flowing consistently and hot shower water is inconsistent.

Nice hotel but about 30-40 mins away from main attractions. A lot of activities but mostly over the weekend only. No info provided on website and staff speaks minimal English but nonetheless very polite

Beautiful castle for phototaking thats all.
Place has amazing outlook for photo taking! Castle-like view makes a perfect backdrop for photos! But tts prob the only plus point. Room looks nice but v tired looking n in need of gd revamp; carpets r old n dirty looking , room dark n not brightly lit enuff. Even chairs in their resturant has stains n old looking. Service was so so....check in n check out took v v long. Asked for bb chair in resturant during dinner n the waiter brought a super dirty chair. Ask it to be cleaned n only then another waitress saw it n say she will change the bb chair. Sat outdoors for dinner to enjoy the view n ambiance but was a wrong choice, no table/candle lights n no enuff light n we were literally eating in dark n had to use our own hp touchhlight to shine at the food.

A great family getaway!
It was a family “getaway from the city” holiday. My Ozone, Khao Ysi has a very tranquil, relax and a world of its own feel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel has an amazing architecture. However, it’s too far from main tourist attractions and the interior of the hotel is badly maintained. My bathtub leaked twice, causing the entire bathroom floor to be wet. Hotel staff refused to change the room for us despite requesting several times. Most hotel staffs couldn’t communicate in English, which makes it really hard for us to get our points across. Hotel breakfast was horrible as well. Only recommend this hotel if you want a hotel with amazing castle feel for the instagram.

Quiet and relaxing stay by the mountains. Room is big. Bed and pillow is fantastic and gives us a great peaceful sleep. If u like nature and need a quiet stay, then this place is for u. Driving out for this hotel will take a little longer to the main road.

One of the most beautiful hotel I have ever been.
The room is great. The hotel is surrounded by the greatest view also the place is so big. It’s worth every penny. Only the staffs that really made me frustrated, they didn’t listen and pay attention with our request. The check-in process was really slow also it’s really hard to find one of the staff to bring us to the room. We had to keep asking nevertheless they just ignored us. Overall u have to visit this beautiful hotel.
