It’s not a great hotel and the bathrooms are outdated and dangerous in my opinion even though we are fit the bathrooms are very high and I would say not good for elders or children /the Wi-Fi sucks and the reception wanted cash for a key Please book other places

Terrible there are much better

I would not stay here the Wi-Fi is terrible the bathrooms are so high that it’s a danger stepping in and out the Wi-Fi is terrible and keeps dropping its not near amenities as it’s very hot to walk and overall the reception is tired and dated /finally they need a room deposit which is so out dated it’s not funny in cash / then she argued with me about giving it back so please book elsewhere

The location was near to the night marker and Diana shopping complex. The room is big for the price we pay and the bed is comfortable. The cons: a lot of tuk tuk driver are not aware of this hotel and most staff don’t understand English. Pillow is not comfortable

喫煙所が６階のみで少し不便。部屋は広く清潔です。UVカットのフィルムがブルーなので昼間の部屋はカーテンを閉めないと違和感のある環境。 スタッフはとても親切です。レストランも美味しく立地も良いです。近くに定食屋まりちゃんがあるので長期滞在でも気になりませんでした。

Overall the hotel was very good and the staff very friendly. The hotel required a cash deposit upon check-in which was inconvenient even though the amount was not very high. Also, they charged for ice which most hotels provide free.

The massage experience were poor. we selected 2 hours oil massage, it ended only provided 1.5 hour service and masseurs kept on talking to one another while servicing and kept on away from the room.
