Rezeption, Sauberkeit, und Öffnungszeiten schlecht

Nach meinem Ankunft am 21.01 war die Rezeption auch innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten nicht besetzt! Wir haben 1 std vor dem Eingang mit unserem Gepäck gewartet bis einer kam. Als wir drin waren, waren wir schockiert und den Zustand und die Sauberkeit in der Rezeption. Extrem abgenutzte veraltete Couch,überall Katzenhaare, ... enttäuschend. Die Apparts in sich waren in Ordnung. Da bin ich Zufrieden Das erste was auffällt ist natürlich die Fassade und die Rezeption und die waren in sehr schlechten Zustand.

Correct pour le prix, ne pas être trop exigeant.

Arrivés en début de soirée, de nuit, impossible de rentrer dans l'établissement. J'ai appelé Lucas de la réception plusieurs jours avant et le jour même sans succès. J'ai heureusement enfin réussi à le joindre sur son portable. Cet accueil résume l'état d'esprit de cette résidence. Mieux vaut être très autonome dans séjour: style Backpackers Australien ou Auberge de jeunesse améliorée. La porte de notre T2 n'a jamais fermé à clé pendant 16 jours, pannes d'internet, pannes d'eau chaude, le tarif étant raisonnable, le lieu est calme, le personnel souriant mais quasi toujours absent, alors on s'accommode, ou pas...A vous de voir.

Der Pool wird täglich gesäubert, das Apartment dagegen wurde in 14 Tage nicht einmal gesäubert. Das Apartment, besser gesagt der Fußboden, wurde unsauber übergeben. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden nach 8 Tagen gewechselt. Auf Reklamations-Emails wurde nicht reagiert. Vor Ort war nach 5 Tage jemand das erste Mal anzutreffen, telefonisch habe ich niemanden erreicht. Wenn die Apartments auch so gereinigt werden, wie der Pool, dann kann man dort gut Urlauben!
