"Chambre propre à notre arrivée
Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes et 1 personne se retrouve sur un lit pliant avec un matelas hyper fin donc les ressorts étaient très présents.je l'ai signalé on devait revenir vers moi ... mais pas de nouvelles...
Nous n'avons jamais eu en 1 semaine de nettoyage de la chambre comme mentionné sur l'offre de réservation. Draps pour la semaine non changés et serviettes 1 fois.
Les poubelles débordaient j'ai demandé à une dame si je pouvais lui donner car elle...
