"We enjoyed the rooms very much. The high ceilings were great! however the first night, in Room 118, there were people who were very loud. I was woken up at midnight, 1am, 2am, and 3am by their laughter and shouting. At 2am we called the front desk. Someone finally picked up the phone after my 3rd try. He said he would take care of it, but nothing changed. I was woken up again at 3am. I tried calling the front desk 3 times and no one picked up. I finally just ended up pounding on the wall. That was a terrible night's sleep. "
