"Location is fantastic. We had a room with 2 Juliette balconies and it was great to look down on a busy gondola route right below. A few steps from St Marks Sq. Close to shops and amenities. Only negatives were that it needed small bits of maintenance like the lock on door and some TLC on the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. "

"Fantastic place would definitely recommend. Bus to Venice 1 min walk away and Train Station 5 minutes if you want to leave Venice for a day trip. Family who ran are incredibly friendly and they take very good care of the place. Can easily recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great stay."

"Beautiful property and room. The staff was amazing. I will say as it is an old property there are no elevators so if you have heavy luggage or bad knees it is difficult. We knew of this so it did not deter us. The staff was amazing, they even helped with our heavy luggage. They gave us a sweet little to go breakfast because our plane left so early and it was phenomenal."
