"We had a very peaceful stay! The place is in a nice secluded location but there is a shuttle to go to and from Central Ubud. The grounds are very calming and there’s a great selection of healthy food that made us feel very refreshed and recharged. We also took a great yoga class at the hotel!"

"It's a very atmospheric place, and I don't regret staying there overnight. I can recommend it, but understand that this is a house in the countryside and there might be small insects in the room. The grounds are excellent, green and beautiful, with two parking lots, but they're small. The restaurant is tasty and fast. The specialty is the average portions. Breakfast is okay. "It is our second time staying at The Purist. My kids and I came last year and had to return on our trip this year. It is the only property we decided to repeat because 1. We loved the spacious size of the rooms (last year we had Bamboo Villa and this year we had a Jungle Villa). 2. We love the breakfast but most of all 3. The staff is so kind and welcoming.
