"Had zero cell service on any provider was reliant on spotty WiFi. Paint was coming off the wall in one corner of the room floor was damaged and sticky my wife wouldn’t even remove her shoes. Didn’t seem to be enough parking for all the rooms.property was in a general state of disrepair seemed like someone tried to do updates to the property but with no maintenance or upkeep it was falling into disrepair. We are the cost of the room for the night and continued on with our travel plans"

"Toilet and shower area light was not working, wall cover plate in bathroom was coming away from the wall, and the phone didn’t work. Thankfully, the staff was excellent and knocked on our door to wake us up"

"We stayed here for our anniversary weekend. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly. Rooms are small but this is a motel. It’s a cute spot right next to the beach. Parking is easy. We had a blast and will definitely come back again! "

"The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family. There is an ottoman that folds out as a “bed”, and bedding available for it, however the couch is on the slimmer side and I would not consider it for sleeping. The ottoman attached folds out more as a very small trundle, which does not count as an additional sleeping accommodation. I was a little worried about having a dispensary next door, especially since we have 3 children, however I did not smell anything and it seemed well managed and not a problem for us."

"Virtually no ocean view except from the front lobby, and that was obstructed. Sits right on a very busy highway. Very limited parking in the front with difficult in/out access. Staff communication, limited and uninformed. Lots of stairs to navigate even getting in the lobby and all rooms. Nearby properties are less than desirable environment. Spacious, clean room, but amenities more of a motel category. A number of lightbulbs out in the room, bed frame broken and pops loudly, and very large window overlooking the bed with no covering where people walking or driving by could see in, especially at night with lights on."

"The venue is very nice. Very clean and comfortable and this is my second time. Just need heating in the dining and living room area Otherwise I would still here again"
