"Location is not OK on Waze, first write to then to give you exactly location, name is wrong, is not Hotel is Gorgona Beach House. Pool was dirty, not plenty parking lots, there is a stair very badly designed, do not hold the stairs sideways, there is no kitchenette as it says, there is no table, neither chairs, and you need to call or chat everytime to open the gate that is closed for safety resons."

"My stay at the Radisson hotel at the canal was an enjoyable one, to be specific the entire front desk staff are greet from all indication here customer service stills are unique ,they are polight ,hospitable, and very attentive especially Nelson Mitre, As to the dinning room staff at breakfast, oh my God those ladies worked tirelessly with a genuine smile, they served from the heart with a passion, Dispute of language differences they made every effort to communicate effectively. Great breakfast every morning, we enjoy it very much. Thank you ladies for feeding us, you all are wonderful. I am ready to book my stay again for December. As to the bus drivers they wear so calm polight and entertaining, we appreciated you both for taking us to the mall everyday To the two managers that I converse with, the I.T. and the quality manager. You both are wonderfully people you're welcoming us, where nice and hospitable with a captivating smile Thanks again to you all for leting us had a wonderfull stayed. Kirk"

"Overall, the property is a great stay for the value. I would stay again. There is a 24 hour restaurant on the property, bakery and cafe room service and complementary breakfast. The breakfast items were pretty good. The fruit and the fresh juices were my favorites. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean; the furniture was just a bit uncomfortable; but certainly not a deal breaker. I didn't use the Casino. This property is located on the perimeter of El Cangrejo. It's lively and just steps from at least 10 restaurants. Overall solid property and I would stay again."

"Beautiful hotel close to everything ! Our room was stunning with an amazing view the rooftop pool was gorgeous overlooking the city and the staff was phenomenal! Welcoming friendly and helpful! I felt like I was talking to family!! Loved my stay and all of the tours that I booked through the hotel too !! The breakfast buffet was abundant and top notch as well"
